PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: 15 October 2026
1. Who operates the service
Webleap Tech operates MotionServ and the MotionServ Go application. Contact support@motionserv.com for privacy requests. This policy covers the website, organisation panel and platform services. See App privacy for device permissions and location details.
2. Information processed
We process account identity and contact details, organisation profiles, authentication/session information, roles and permissions, trial/subscription usage, payment-provider references and status, support messages and deletion requests. Organisation users may enter customer/site contacts and addresses, assets and serial numbers, AMC contracts, complaints, jobs, reports, invoices, photos and feedback. Website demo access collects an email, optional phone and verification records. Operational and security records may include request metadata, errors, timestamps and device/network information needed to run and protect the service. The technician app may process job-related location and offline work as described in App privacy.
3. Why and on whose instructions
We use information to provide accounts, authenticate users, deliver field-service features, measure plan usage, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations. An organisation decides how its customer and employee information is used for its service operations; we process those records on its instructions. Contact that organisation for changes to its customer or employment records. Webleap Tech handles its own account, security, billing and support records. Where consent is required for device permissions or optional processing, it may be withheld or withdrawn subject to the resulting feature limitation.
4. Payments and sharing
Razorpay processes subscription payments and recurring mandates. Our application stores provider references, status, amount and currency; it does not ask you to send card details or payment OTPs to us. Hosting/storage, email, payment and organisation-enabled SMS/WhatsApp providers may process information necessary for their functions. Organisation administrators control which staff see organisation records. Public rating links expose the information needed for that feedback flow; share links only with intended recipients. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or enforce legal rights. Provider processing locations and safeguards depend on the deployed infrastructure; no India-only storage guarantee is made.
5. Security and retention
Access controls, session revocation and other technical safeguards protect information, but no system is risk-free. Keep devices and credentials secure. Records remain while needed to deliver the service and for authorised organisation retention, legal/tax duties, security and dispute resolution. Expiry of a subscription does not itself erase data. Deletion is verified and processed using the Account deletion procedure. Limited records or backup copies may remain where necessary; retained information is restricted to the reason for retention and is not restored as an active account merely to resume ordinary use. Specific retention periods may be communicated for the records concerned; we do not claim immediate deletion of all backups.
6. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent or raise a privacy concern through contact@motionserv.com or the Account deletion page. We verify identity and authority before disclosure or deletion. Some requests require the organisation's involvement or are limited by obligations to retain particular records. We explain applicable limits when responding. We aim to acknowledge requests within seven working days and process verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal requirements and complexity; we will explain delays. You may use any complaint or statutory remedy available under applicable law.
7. Cookies, children and updates
Authentication cookies and local device storage maintain sessions, preferences, verification and offline work. Clearing them may sign you out or remove unsynchronised work. The service is for authorised business users and is not directed at children. Organisations must not create child accounts or submit unnecessary sensitive information. Material privacy changes will be notified where practicable. The effective date identifies this version.
